商品簡介
Jesuit Meynet (biblical theology, Pontifical Gregorian U.) shares insights into the rhetoric of particular passages, but primarily he is concerned with explaining how to conduct rhetorical analysis of biblical texts. In themes on composition, context, and interpretation he discusses such topics as the levels of composition, rewriting, intratext, the center of concentric constructions, composition and interpretation, and the gift of interpretation. The reference, which could also serve as a course text, pulls together scholarship from many individual studies into a resource that could lead to the development of an overall systematic methodology.
