"Tuff Guy" is the story of Tuff, a stray dog found in rural Alabama. Tuff's story, existed only in his memory, and was not known to anyone who could speak for him. "Tuff Guy" gives voice to his memories and allows its readers insight into some, fictional as well as real, people and places in the part of the state of Alabama where this little Maltese came from.
