Lisa Raftery?is a ministry wife, mother of four, former high school teacher, current homeschool instructor, and co-author of the?Mr. Right Series.?She has been married to her Mr. Right for fifteen years. Working with teens and singles for over two decades, Lisa has ministered to countless women, getting to know their life stories as well as the challenges of navigating life in today's culture.

She has a passion to see young women become who they were created to be, to experience the best life possible in Christ. She has co-authored the?Mr. Right Series?with her mother to give young women the vision and strategies to do so. In addition to writing for the?Mr. Right Series?blog, she enjoys family time, church, Spanish, reading, and hitting the tennis courts with her husband.

Barbara Precourt?has been married to her Mr. Right for forty-four years, working alongside her husband in his insurance agency. Together they raised two children and presently have eight grandchildren. Barbara's writing reflects almost forty years of Bible study and teaching. In the past, she wrote curriculum for and served as the head of her church's children's program. She has taught both premarital and parenting classes through the years and served on the board of directors of PATH (Positive Approach to Teen Health), an organization she continues to actively support. She currently serves in the women's ministry of her local church.

Barbara's passion is to help teens and women with their choices and dreams in life, especially when it comes to dating relationships. She invited her daughter, Lisa, to join her in creating a vehicle to do so, and together they collaborated to write the?Mr. Right Series.?Three novels and a workbook later, they are reaching girls throughout the world with their message of hope and purpose in Christ. In addition to writing for the?Mr. Right Series?blog, she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, gardening, cooking, reading, and biking.
