Models of Religious Freedom

Stussi (human rights law, U. of Lucerne, Switzerland) chose the three countries in which to contrast constitutional law because they include a great variety of structured approaches to the religious freedom questions, because secular lawmakers in all of them have experimented with the relationship between religion and state for a long period of time, and because they are all home not to one religion or even a few but a great variety of them.
