商品簡介
The editors (law professors from Radboud U., U. of Amsterdam, and the Molengraaff Institute in the Netherlands) present the fourth edition of their text detailing the development of European private law and covering both general issues and substantive areas of law. This new edition has been revised in order to take into account legal developments since the publication of the last edition, paying particular attention to the revision of the acquis communautaire and the Draft Common Frame of Reference for European private law. In addition to revising existing chapters, contributors have also provided new chapters (bringing the total number of chapters to 46) on a host of topics, including private regulation, the influence of primary EU law on private law, competition and contract law, proceduralization of private law, constitutional aspects of a European Civil Code, the law and economics of harmonizing European private law, hardship and modification of the contract, and liability for land and structures, among others.
