The editors (law professors from Radboud U., U. of Amsterdam, and the Molengraaff Institute in the Netherlands) present the fourth edition of their text detailing the development of European private law and covering both general issues and substantive areas of law. This new edition has been revised in order to take into account legal developments since the publication of the last edition, paying particular attention to the revision of the acquis communautaire and the Draft Common Frame of Reference for European private law.
