作者簡介
In 2011, Nigel Foster was appointed Dean of Business and Law, University of Wales. For the previous four years, he was Jean Monnet Professor of European Law and Deputy Vice Chancellor, University of Buckingham. His OUP publications include Foster on EU Law; EU Law Directions; Q&A on EU Law; and German Legal System and Laws.
