作者簡介
Nigel Foster is a Visiting Professor at the University of Buckingham and Saarland University and has nearly 30 years experience teaching and examining EU law. His other OUP publications include EU Law Directions, Foster on EU law, Q&A on EU Law, and German Legal System and Laws.
