Read On...Horror Fiction

Hundreds of popular horror fiction titles described and categorized according to their underlying appeal features, and under topics and themes you'll never find in the library catalog-"the plot thickens" (complex plots), "fear factors" (truly terrifying), "big city horror", "over-the-top weirdos", and many other themes that appeal to horror readers and fans. Pulliam is Instructor of English and Women's and Gender Studies, Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge, where she also teaches a class on horror fiction. Fonseca is Head of Serials / Electronics Resources Librarian at Nicholls State University in Louisiana. He has contributed entries to Greenwood'sSupernatural Literature of the World: An Encyclopedia and The Dictionary of Literary Biography: Asian American Writers.
