Congress must mandate that all new cars sold in the US be flex-fueled, and so capable of running on alcohol. Thus the oil cartel will wither away and be unable to fund terrorism, and we will win the war on terror, argues Zubrin, an aerospace engineer and author of popular science and science fiction. He includes special sections on how the Saudis control US policy, and how an alcohol economy would also defeat narco-terrorism at no extra cost to the consumer.
