商品簡介
The German statutory health system faces the same problem as a number of developed nations, notably economic resources challenged by a growing elderly population. This is accompanied by the steady development of new examination methods and medications which make overall care more expensive. Although this volume begins there, it also considers topics like the application of axiomatic bargaining theory to allocation problems in medicine. It then goes on to consider both Nash and Kalai/Smorodinsky bargaining solutions through mathematical modeling. The volume is based on a dissertation completed by Kockeritz (Health Ministry of Rhineland-Palatinate) at the University of Halle-Wittenberg. It includes useful table of abbreviations but no index has been provided. Annotation c2013 Book News, Inc., Portland, OR (booknews.com)
