This volume celebrates the 80th birthday of Professor Vladimir Isaakovitch Keilis-Borok, one of the most eminent geophysicists of our time, and the Editor-in-Chief of Vychislitel'naya Seysmologiya, the prestigious seismological journal published in Russian.
