商品簡介
This easy to read book encompasses the technology involved in the diagnosis and treatment of heart disease. It is intended to help the student to understand the nomenclature and fundamental principles of the technology that he or she will encounter in a modern cardiac diagnostic centre, and to break down some of the barriers that many students encounter during their training. The author acknowledges that not all institutions possess the advanced and extremely expensive equipment that is available and has therefore also included some less up-to-date technology.
This book will be particularly helpful to all para medical professionals involved in cardiology and related fields including clinical technologists, cardiac nurses, radiographers and initiate physicians. Clinical technologists (critical care, cardiothoracic surgery), bio-engineers, clinical engineers and representatives of equipment manufacturing and distribution companies may also find the book useful.
