Primates, Pathogens, and Evolution

This book aims to integrate research from a broad range of fields on primate-pathogen molecular interactions, primate immune function, and primate-pathogen co-evolution to provide a sound base of knowledge for future investigation of human and non-human primate evolution, immunity, and disease. New research describing how pathogens have affected the evolution of primate genome diversity, cell and immune function, and health will be reviewed and presented.
