Nabanita Dutt:
A journalist by accident, Nabanita Dutt started her career with a news magazine in order to finance her ob?session with clothes. The excitement of running a business desk, however, soon took the edge off her fascina?tion with fashion, and she surprised both herself and her employers by displaying a talent for the job. She went on to edit the weekend feature magazine for one of India’s largest-selling newspapers, and her career in journalism continued. Almost every month, she finds herself in a different country, and she uses these trips to explore ethnic cuisines and culture, while also writing travel features for publications in the UK and Asia.
