She has been a frequent commentator in the local and national media on the topic of Harrisburg’s Chapter 9 bankruptcy filing. In 2007, the Pennsylvania Bar Association honored Professor Moringiello with a Special Achievement Award for her work in the Uniform Commercial Code enactment process.
