事實重構的法律語言學研究（簡體書）

《英語博士文庫：事實重構的法律語言學研究》以國內案件的證人證言為研究對象，提出了系統的分析框架，主要內容為分析各主要因素對語言證據的影響，包括證人的涉案關系、年齡、警察的問話類型、案件的暴力程度、事后信息和見證時間等。《英語博士文庫：事實重構的法律語言學研究》為證人證言的研究提供了新的思路和整體的分析框架，并得出了行之有效的分析結果，也為中國刑事案件證人證言研究提供了一個新的理論視角。

孫利，1977年生，河南淇縣人。1999年畢業于鄭州大學商務英語系，2002年獲河南大學英語語肓文學碩士學位，2005年獲廣東外語外貿大學外國語言學及應用語音學博士學位。2005年至2009年為華南師范大學外文學院教師，2009年至今為華北電力大學外國語學院英語系教師。主要研究方向為法律語言學和翻譯。
