Turkish Economic Policies and External Dependency

Hasan Saygin is Professor of Engineering, specializing in Applied Sciences, and Advisor to the Chairman of the Board of Trustees at the Istanbul Aydin University. He received his PhD from the Ecole Polytechnique de Montreal, Institut de Genie Energetique at the Universite de Montreal, and his MSc in Nuclear Energy from Istanbul Technical University. He is the author of Geo-Energy Perspective: Geo-Energy Space in EU Context. Murat Cimen is Executive Vice President of the Investment Banking Department at the Nurol Investment Bank. He received his PhD degree from the Department of National and International Security Strategies, Institute of Strategic Research, Turkish War College in 2011; and completed another PhD in Graduate Studies in Science and Engineering at the Civil Engineering Geotechnical Department, Bogazici University in 2004.
