作者簡介
Dr. Kaye has already edited several books for Springer, including of Essentials of Pain Management, Essential Regional Anesthesia, and Essentials of Palliative Care. Dr. Kaye’s PhD is in the field of pharmacology. Dr. Urman has edited numerous books, several of which Springer has published: Essentials of Pain Management, Essential Regional Anesthesia, Anesthesia Student Survival Guide, and Pathways to Non-Traditional Career Opportunities for Physicians.
