Alphabetical entries span "Adadal," the first sales agent in Spain for the Hispano-Suzia and his own cars, to "Zschau"of Leipzig, who went from manufacturing horse-drawn carriages to parts for German World War II military vehicles. Includes alphabetical listings of 15 pages of color illustrations, original manufacturers' promotional images, and automobile makes in lieu of a formal index; a glossary of the British English terms used and their American English equivalents; and further reading.
