The Model Railroader's Guide to Narrow Gauge Modeling provides an overview of narrow gauge railroads. It explains why and where they were built, how they operated, what their equipment was like, and why they were abandoned. The book includes modeling information, including available products and tours of existing narrow gauge model railroads. This is for modelers of any skill level who are thinking about building a narrow gauge layout or adding a narrow gauge line to an existing layout.
