Over the past 30 years, he has developed a passion for innovation excellence resulting in the creation of the ENOVALE? process and his recent books: Chance or Choice: Unlocking Innovation Success (2013); Enovale: Unlocking Sustaining Innovation Project Success (2013); and Leading Latino Talent to Champion Innovation (late 2013). His colleagues refer to him as a "Renaissance Man," given his diverse sets of life and work experiences that include hurricane forecaster, author, Six Sigma/Lean "Guru," published songwriter, and Deacon.
Dr. Suzanne Richins is a leader in the application of analytics in the Healthcare industry. Her extensive background in nursing and hospital administration provides her with unique insight into applying technology and innovation to improve the management of large healthcare systems. Her expertise is in the field of medical informatics and the use of analytics to predict patient outcomes and improve the quality of patient care. Her pioneering work in using analytics to structure staffing schedules based on patient arrival acuity to Hospital Emergency Departments has been adopted by multiple healthcare systems in the U.S. Additionally, she was instrumental in the development of patient satisfaction standards for the American Hospital Association Board and the Joint Commission Advisory Committee
