Caroline Mignot is a food writer for magazines such as Maison franA§aise, Prima, RAcgal, L'Hotellerie-Restauration, the newspaper Le Monde. She is the author of Mignot, le guide des bonnes tables de Paris (First, 2008 & 2009) and was one of the first journalists to create a blog in 2006 (www.tableadecouvert.com). She is always in search of the best pastries, new restaurants, passionate chefs and legendary artisans.
