Shunsuke Managi is Associate Professor of Resource and Environmental Economics at the Tohoku University, Japan, while also holding a position as Visiting Associate Professor at the University of Tokyo and an Adjunct Professor at the QUT Business School. He is Editor of Environmental Economics and Policy Studies, a lead author for the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, and is the author of Technology, Natural Resources and Economic Growth: Improving the Environment for a Greener Future (Edward Elgar Publishing Ltd, 2011). He is also the author of 19 books and 120 academic journal papers.
