The Fabulous World of Mr. Fred

Mr. Fred was Pierrot's first real friend. Every day, they would sit together on a park bench and read from Mr Fred's invisible book of stories - tales that he had shared many years ago with his son. Together Mr. Fred and Pierrot would visit fantastical worlds full of mermaids and dragons.But one day, Mr Fred isn't on their park bench anymore. And Pierrot discovers that Mr Fred wrote the stories down and left them for Pierrot to share. And now as a grown man, Pierrot takes his son on those amazing adventures to the worlds of dragons and mermaids. The stories live on.

LILI CHARTRANDAfter studying graphic design, Lili Chartrand worked for several years in the field of animation. In 1998, she discovered her passion for writing for children, which includes the things she loves most: words, images, and colour! She has published over 40 books for children and has received multiple awards and nominations.GABRIELLE GRIMARDGabrielle Grimard began drawing at a very young age, to the great despair of her teachers who thought she wasn't listening in class. Instead, she says, it was a way for her to stay focused. If she didn't draw, she was constantly daydreaming! She studied Fine Arts at Concordia and Art Education at UQAM.
