作者簡介
Francis Pakes is a comparative scholar with a particular interest in how globalisation affects criminal justice discourses and practices. He has written extensively on criminal policy in the Netherlands, intersections of mental health and criminal justice and latterly also on fraud and missing persons investigations. He has published several books, including Comparative Criminal Justice (2010), and Globalisation and the Challenge to Criminology (2013), an edited collection.
