商品簡介
What was once New York City in the past has become a new and protected home in 3000 AD for the survivors of this world but with a cost as impossible rules are made to follow and without question. The world outside New York City is unfit for human survival. This is a harrowing tale of survival in a post-apocalyptic dystopia. This story will appeal to readers of suspenseful thrillers, and the writing of Philip K. Dick, (Blade Runner). The mysteries within the plot are enthralling due to the powerful writing and compelling characters. Expertly crafted details surround and pull the reader into action. There are many parallels that can be drawn between this world depicted in The Stone Thread and the real world as it is today, so the story will also possibly call the audience's own assumptions about government and society into question. With gripping dialogue and descriptions, the readers will ask questions, think critically, and find themselves immersed in emotion. The characters are believable shades of gray, as the argument of what makes good versus evil is analyzed. A brilliant sci-fi thriller, this story is engrossing, and filled with detail.
