作者簡介

Regine Hampel is Professor of Open and Distance Language Learning at the Open University, UK. Her research explores the impact of using new technologies for learning and teaching and the implications for communication, literacy, activity design, and teacher training.

Ursula Stickler is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Languages at The Open University, UK. She has published in the areas of autonomous and technology enhanced language learning, teacher training and learner preparation for online language learning.
