Hinemoana Baker is a poet, a writer, an editor, a musician, and a radio producer. Her poetry, fiction, and children’s stories have been published in the literary journalSPORT, the anthology of Maori writing Te Ao Marama, and the online literary journalTurbine. She is the author of Koiwi Koiwi and Matuhi: Needle, the editor of the online journal of Whitireia New Zealand’s Creative Writing Programme, and the coeditor of the anthologyKaupapa: New Zealand Poets, World Issues.
