作者簡介
Sieglinde Gstohl is Director of the Department of EU International Relations and Diplomacy Studies at the College of Europe in Bruges.
Erwan Lannon is Professor in the EU International Relations and Diplomacy Studies Department at the College of Europe in Bruges and Visiting Professor in the European Interdisciplinary Studies Department in Natolin and Professor in European Law at the Faculty of Law of Ghent University.
