Music and Genocide

Editors Klimczyk and Swierzowska present students, academics, and researchers with a collection of scholarly essays and academic articles that examine of the music of genocide and the connections between music and genocide. The editors have organized the contributions that make up the main body of the text in six sections devoted to music, the Third Reich, and the eight stages of genocide, testimonies, the holocaust, tributes, genocide as silence, and genocide and music.
