作者簡介
Frank Kane was born in Brooklyn on July 19, 1912. Graduating from New York City College at 19, he began to attend law school. Needing the extra income, he began to work as a newspaper columnist, working his way up to editor before becoming a public relations director for the liquor industry. After WWII, Kane became a freelance writer and a radio and TV producer. It was the creation of detective Johnny Liddell in About Face which made his fortune. Selling millions of copies throughout the world, Kane eventually published 30 Liddell mysteries, and ended up working in Hollywood where he created his own production company. He passed away at his home in Manhasset, New York, on November 29, 1968.
