Simon Lightfoot is Senior Lecturer in European Politics at the School of Politics and International Studies, University of Leeds, UK. He is co-editor of Development Policies of Central and Eastern European States, author of From Aid Recipients to Aid Donors (2012) and co-author (with B. Szent-Ivanyi) of New Europe's New Development Aid (2015).
