商品簡介
Segre contributes to explaining the impact of two alternative models of business relations on their ability to face international competition. He draws on the writing of German sociologists Max Weber (1864-1920) and Georg Simmel (1858-1918) on business exchanges and the so-called moral economy, though does not aspire to an in-depth analysis of their writings. He covers economic communities, business millieux, and business groups; the contributions of Toennies, Weber, and Simmel to contemporary research and theories concerning economic communities; and a Weberian account of social norms and trust in the stock exchanges and other financial markets.
