This work gathers essays on literature and the writer as artist and thinker, written by author Daniel Fuchs, a critic in the humanist tradition affiliated with the College of Staten Island. Fuchs explores the work of writers of modernism, as well as more contemporary writers, employing literary criticism frameworks such as New Critics and deconstructionism.
