Natalia Eremina is Associate Professor at the School of International Relations at Saint-Petersburg State University, Russia. She received a PhD in History in 2003, and completed her doctoral dissertation in Political Sciences in 2012. A member of the Russian Political Studies Association and the International Political Science Association, her research interests include comparative politics, political radicalism, ethno-political conflicts, right-wing parties and movements, and paradiplomacy. Sergei Seredenko is a lawyer, a human rights advocate, and a former Russian ombudsman in Estonia. He is also Head of the Legal Research Department of the Institute of European Studies in Latvia, and a member of the Russian Academic Society and the International Institute of the Newly Established States. His fields of interest include human rights, constitutional legislation, administrative legislation, and globalization issues.
