Scales, chords, and arpeggios are traditional forms of piano technique. This book contains three different levels of piano scales, chords and arpeggios for piano players of all experience levels which were developed by the author over her forty-year career as a piano teacher. The first level is intended for beginners; it is easy to read and to play. The second level contains scales in two octaves, chords with inversions, and short arpeggios. The third level includes full size chords, arpeggios, long arpeggios, D7 arpeggios (for major scales) and Dim7 arpeggios (for minor scales).Playing scales, chords and arpeggios helps to develop the knowledge of specific keys which later can be transferred to playing music written in different keys. It is an essential part of the development of the velocity and agility of fingers for every piano player.
