Only 12 percent of men (and no women) had the vote, a single person controlled a rotten borough that returned two Members of Parliament (one of whom was the Prime Minister), and voting was in public, with landlords evicting tenants who voted against their wishes. 作者簡介
Roger Mason is the author of 18 books and has studied the workings of Parliament for many years. He writes and delivers seminars for directors and company secretaries and regularly speaks at events across the country and abroad.
