為加強小型水電站施工技術管理，保證工程施工品質，達到優質、安全、經濟的目的，特制定本規範。 本規範適用於裝機容量0.5~50MW、庫容1000萬m3以下的4級、5級水工建築物的新建、擴建、續建、除險加固、技術改造等。裝機容量小於0.5MW及4級、5級臨時水工建築物可參照執行。 This specification is formulated with a view to strengthen construction technology management of small hydropower stations, ensure construction quality, and achieve the purposes of safety, high quality and economic efficiency. This specification is applicable to the newly-constructed, extension, renovation, danger control by reinforcement and rehabilitation of hydraulic structures of Grades 4 and 5 in small hydropower stations whose installed capacities are between 0.5MW and 50MW, and storage capacities less than 10,000,000 m3. For the hydraulic structures with installed capacities less than 0.5MW and temporary structures of Grades 4 and 5, this specifcation can serve as a reference.
