作者簡介
Matthew Barsalou is a Statistical Problem Resolution Master Black Belt at BorgWarner Turbo Systems Engineering GmbH where he provides engineering teams with support and training in quality related tools. He has a Master of Liberal Studies from Fort Hays State University and a Master of Science in Business Administration and Engineering from Wilhelm Buchner Hochschule. His past positions include quality/laboratory technician, quality engineer, and quality manager.Matthew’s certifications include TUV quality management representative, quality manager, quality auditor and ISO/TS 16949 quality auditor as well as American Society for Quality certifications as quality technician, quality engineer and Six Sigma Black Belt. Matthew is certified as a Lean Six Sigma Mater Black Belt by Smarter Solutions, Inc.He is the editor of the American Society for Quality’s Statistics Division’s publication Statistics Digest editor and a frequent contributor to Quality Digest and the Minitab Blog and has published in German, American and British quality journals. . He is also author of the books Root Cause Analysis: A Step-By-Step Guide to Using the Right Tool at the Right Time, and Statistics for Six Sigma Black Belts and The ASQ Pocket Guide to Statistics for Six Sigma Black Belts.
