Progress in Heterocyclic Chemistry (PHC), Volume 27, is an annual review series commissioned by the International Society of Heterocyclic Chemistry (ISHC). The highlight chapters in Volume 27 are all written by leading researchers and these chapters constitute a systematic survey of the important original material reported in the literature of heterocyclic chemistry in 2014. Additional articles in this volume are “The Use of Propargyl Vinyl Ethers in Heterocycle Synthesis and “Recent Progress of Phosphonium Coupling in Heterocyclic and Medicinal Chemistry."
