Abu Sayed Mahfuz, ITIL, MIS, MA, has over fifteen years of experience in the business and Information technology profession, which includes Database Management, Technology Management, Software Quality Leadership, and teachings in legendary and prestigious companies. Mr. Mahfuz is a distinguished trainer and speaker also an author of four other published social books. He has contributed for over eight years in designing Software Quality Strategy, Quality Plan, Reports, and Test Cases; presented papers on Software Quality Assurance at several Academic Seminars including in some foreign universities; and authored hundreds of articles including some articles in Software Quality and Software Management. Mr. Mahfuz has obtained his MS in Information Systems from University of Detroit, Mercy, and MA from International Islamic University Malaysia. Also, he holds ITIL Foundation Certification.
