Each selected photo tells the point of view of the authors, while the contact sheets offer the opportunity to better understand how the photographers has come to choose the right shot. Each selected photo is accompanied by a text written by the photographers themselves. World famous photographers describe their best photos and tell the readers when and why the picture was taken.
Giammaria De Gasperis was born in Sora, Italy, in 1983. He is co-founder and editorial director of the photography magazineRearViewMirror. He also works as exhibition curator and photo consultant for both Italian and foreign photographers. He is the curator of Five Horizons, the First International Official Pearl Jam Exhibition (20132014). He edited the two volumes ofContatti Provini d'autore, published by Postcart Editions and André Frère Editions, which are distributed worldwide and translated in Italian, English, and French. He lives and works in Rome, Italy.
作者簡介
Giammaria De Gasperis was born in Sora in 1983. He is co-founder and editorial director of the photography magazine Rearviewmirror. He also works as exhibition curator and photo consultant for both Italian and foreign photographers. He is the curator of Five Horizons, the First International Official Pearl Jam Exhibition (Auditorium Parco della Musica, Rome, 2013 - DanceHaus, Milan, 2014). He edited the two volumes of Contatti Provini d’autore, published by Postcart Edizioni and André Frère éditions, that are distributed worldwide and translated in Italian, English and French. He lives and works in Rome.
Christian Caujolle: He is a founder and artistic director of the Agence VU , he was also appointed artistic director of the Galerie VU created by Abvent in 1998.
He was an alumnus of the Ecole Normale Superieure de Saint-Cloud and collaborator of Michel Foucault, Roland Barthes, Pierre Bourdi.
Nazario Dal Poz: At age 20 he began working in the editorial office of " Noi Donne "
In 1985 he joined the photo shoot of the weekly " L'Espresso ".
He has taught history of photojournalism and editing the Roman School of Photography and Editing taking courses and language of photography at Officine Fotografiche.
