She has been featured in theChicago Tribune, LA Times, and The Wall Street Journal, and on PBS'sReligion & Ethics Newsweekly. Stephen Garner (PhD, University of Auckland) is lecturer in theology at the University of Auckland in Auckland, New Zealand.
