Muna Adem is a doctoral student in the sociology PhD program at Indiana University, Bloomington.
Paulina X. Ruf, DPhil, is professor of sociology at Seminole State College, Sanford, FL.
Valire Carr Copeland, PhD, MPH, MSW, is associate dean of academic affairs and associate professor in the School of Social Work and Department of Behavioral and Community Health Sciences, and the associate director of the Public Health Social Work Training Program, at the University of Pittsburgh's Graduate School of Public Health.
