This book provides unique perspectives and rarely available insights from lawyers. The information was obtained by using an in-person interview methodology to reveal lawyers' private thoughts and perspectives. Leading prosecutors and defense lawyers from eight different countries were interviewed using a prepared list of questions so that all chapters contain parallel information about the interviewees. To gain additional insight, certain police officers, corrections officials and judges were also interviewed.
