Kouzes and Posner are the authors of the award-winning and best-selling book, The Leadership Challenge, now in its 5th edition. They have also co-authored a number of other books on leadership including Credibility: How Leaders Gain It and Lose It, Why People Demand It, Second Edition; Encouraging the Heart and The Academic Administrator's Guide to Exemplary Leadership. Barry Posner is professor of leadership at Santa Clara University (Silicon Valley, California), where he has received numerous teaching and innovation awards and served as dean of the Leavey School of Business for 12 years (1996-2009).
