作者簡介
Chelsea Binns, Ph.D., CFE is Professor and Post-Doctoral Fellow at John Jay College of Criminal Justice. She has a rich educational and professional background, which includes internal and external investigations in both the public and private sectors. Her areas of applied experience include background investigations, investigative reporting, fraud program and personnel management, strategic planning, and creating comprehensive industry research documents (white papers). She has a particular expertise in financial crime, reputational due diligence, employee investigations, organizational theory and crime, and fraud hotlines. She has taught in the Master of Public Administration (MPA) program at John Jay College since 2012 and frequently speaks before professional and educational groups, such as the Association of Inspectors General (AIG).She also plans conferences and training events in her capacity as the 2nd Vice President and Training Director of the New York Chapter of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (NYCFE).
