作者簡介
CAROLYN PHILLIPS is a scholar, author, and artist. She is fluent in written and spoken Chinese, having worked as a cultural and legal interpreter and translator for most of her career. Her writings have appeared everywhere from Lucky Peach and HuffPo to Alimentum and Gastronomica. Carolyn is on the honorary advisory board for the upcoming five-volume Berkshire Encyclopedia of Chinese Cuisines. She is also the author of The Dim Sum Field Guide.
