However a Blacklister by the name of ETHAN DONOVAN, aka THE ARSONIST, who specializes in 'disappearing' industrial-sized problems, is waging a one-man war against the Cabal and literally burning their organization to the ground. Now Red and Liz must race against time to find the evidence before the Arsonist can exact his revenge, all the while avoiding Agent Ressler and the rest of the FBI special task force.
