Lisa Federer, AHIP, is a Research Data Informationist at the National Institutes of Health Library, where she provides training and support in the management, organization, sharing, visualization, and reuse of biomedical research data. As an active member of several local, state, and national library organizations, she has served the profession in a variety of appointed and elected roles.
